Alicante Revives Albufereta Housing Project: Approximately 1,000 Homes Planned
Alicante City Hall has resumed development of the Albufereta housing project, planning around 1,000 homes including 100 affordable units, complemented by green spaces and community facilities. Urbanization work is expected to begin in 2026.
