Data we receive

From website forms: your name, email, phone number, message, the property you asked about, your saved properties, the language and page you sent the request from, and campaign UTM tags.

From Instagram Direct, when you message our account @tepliybereg: your Instagram name and username, the ID Instagram assigns to your conversation with our account, and the text and attachments of the messages.

We never receive your passwords, payment details or any content of your Instagram account other than your conversation with us.

Why we use it

To answer your request, suggest properties and services, arrange calls or viewings and continue the conversation. The legal basis is your request and steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); for newsletters, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Who can access it

Only TB Estates staff who handle requests, through our internal CRM. Staff are notified about new requests in Telegram.

Processors: hosting and databases, Brevo (email), Meta Platforms (Instagram) and Telegram (internal notifications). We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

How long we keep it

While we work on your request and for up to 3 years after the last contact, unless the law requires longer. After that the data is deleted.

Your rights and data deletion

You can request a copy of your data, correct or delete it, withdraw consent to newsletters and object to processing.

To have your data deleted, email hello@tbereg.com or send "Delete my data" to @tepliybereg on Instagram Direct, with the phone, email or Instagram username you contacted us from. We will delete your request, messages and history within 30 days and confirm once done.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
